This is how it works - a typical project flow
The more information you can give us in the offer phase, the better and more targeted we can address your needs.
This includes, for example, the following information:
- Circuit board data (ZIP from Gerber and Drill files or project files from Eagle, KiCad, Target3001)
- Pick’n’Place file incl. of all SMD and THT components to be assembled
- Parts list / BOM incl. Manufacturer designation for each item, ideally as an Excel file
- Assembly plan as a PDF file
- If required, your detailed specification for the printed circuit board, THT assembly or mechanical structure.
That is why we work with a large number of suppliers in order not only to achieve the best possible price for you with the shortest possible delivery times, but above all to be able to offer consistently high quality.
For this reason, the quality of the circuit board, which we obtain exclusively from German and European manufacturers, is our top priority.
Do you still have your own material in stock? No problem either, we would be happy to assemble the components you have provided.
After individual clarification of all points, we come to our prime discipline: the assembly. Regardless of whether SMD, THT or mixed assembly, we are in our element here. Our entire attention is given to your order, regardless of whether it is a single prototype or a series assembly.
The cornerstone of our flexibility is our in-house assembly software, which creates a setup program directly from your saved project data. This means that we can not only implement your order quickly, but also safely.
Speed and flexibility are worthless if the quality is not right. That is why our experienced employees meticulously check each assembly for errors before we hand over your assembly to its intended use and send it to you.
