Description:

The “Landing Gear Assembly” facility is a setting and testing facility. The fully assembled axles pass through two stations: A camera inspection station, in which the correct cable fastening and the presence of the brake shoes are checked, and a station which fulfills the tasks of grinding in the brake shoes, measuring the idling torque, and measuring the axial stop of the brake disc. The axles are transported by means of AGV. The facility is equipped with a protective fence, the entrance and exit of which for the AGVs is secured with a light grid in each case.
