4- and 6-cylinder engine blocks can be removed from a feeder belt and stacked on pallets depending on the type. This is done by detecting the motor type by means of a camera system in the infeed belt. The servo-axis gantry system systematically grips the motor blocks in the liners and stacks them on a pallet system in up to three layers, automatically placing intermediate and end covers on the pallets. The system runs fully automatically and palletizes up to 2,640 motor blocks per day.

Transport system for module transport within a 3D printer or multiple 3D printers connected in series. The transport system is used to move Build Module, Can Module and Overflow Module to and from the correct machine position. The conveyor system can carry a total weight of up to 1400 kg.
